Can I return my order?
You have 7 days after delivery to return your order. Naturally, your perfume has to be in the same condition you received it– unused and unharmed. Original packaging and Labels need to be intact and in resellable condition. Sorry, but shipping costs for the return are on you, for an exchange on us.
Unfortunately, you can’t return or exchange your perfume at the perfumeries.
In case you received your perfume broken during transportation, please send a photo proof to happycustomer@2787perfumes.com.

How do I return an order?
For a smooth return process, please follow the below steps:

1. E-mail happycustomer@2787perfumes.com and include your order number, reason for the return, your name and phone number so that we can contact you, if necessary.
2. You will then receive a confirmation e-mail for the return.
3. Package your return and the original invoice in the 27 87 parcel to prevent damage in transit.

4. Done!

We have a 30-day, no-questions-asked, return policy. Naturally, we expect you to return your shoes in the same condition you received them – unworn and unharmed. That way we can make sure that someone else gets to enjoy the pair you’ve returned.
When will I receive my refund?
When receiving your return parcel with your perfume in expected condition as described above, we start the reimbursement process immediately. Please allow 3-4 business days for return transfers to appear on your account.
