Half artist half artisan, Jacques Huclier creates fragrances that are scented souvenirs of his travels. Supported by his knowledge of raw materials and an extremely precise technique, Jacques distills his discoveries of destinations and cultures into distinctive olfactive experiences. For sónar, we asked him to take a different kind of trip, delving into the scent of community and sound. A challenge to capture the intangible essence of vibration, union and abandon in an otherwise structured day-to-day, which results in a potent and electrifying statement scent.
